Apparemment, il faut attendre une nouvelle mise à jour.
Il y en a eu une ce matin.
Photos n'est pas mon application par défaut pour les fichiers images, mais si je fais un clic droit sur un fichier .jpg, Ouvrir avec Photo, il n'y a pas de message d'erreur.
Même en mettant Photos par défaut, pas de message d'erreur.

For anyone who still has this problem I found that it was associated with the driver for my Intel HD Graphics card. To fix the problem follow the steps below:
Open device manager
Right click on your Intel HD Graphics Display adapter
Click update driver
Select search automatically for updated driver software
It should install the latest driver
If it does not find the latest inter driver driver, you will need to go download the most recent one from intel's website and manually install it.
